Our Leadership
Jasprit Khurana - Founder and Principal Consultant
Jasprit is a seasoned HR leader with over two decades of experience enabling people-centred transformation across diverse industries. She has partnered with Indian and multinational organisations ranging from high-growth start-ups to mature enterprises, leading HR initiatives across India, the UK, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia.
Throughout her career, Jasprit has built HR functions from scratch, managed workforces ranging from 300 to 15,000 employees, and served as a strategic HR partner to executive teams. Her areas of deep expertise span strategic HR, HR operations, learning and development, and industrial relations.
Jasprit is known for her ability to roll up her sleeves while delivering at the strategic level. Her work is defined by clarity, compassion, and a steadfast focus on making workplaces purpose-driven and people-first.

Karan is a seasoned business leader and transformation specialist with over three decades of experience driving operational excellence and commercial success across the infrastructure and manufacturing sectors. He brings a powerful blend of techno-commercial insight, strategic acumen, and hands-on leadership in business transformation, operations, and program management.
Karan has led high-impact initiatives at Reliance Jio, Nokia Siemens Networks, Siemens, and Thermax, including P&L responsibilities of up to US $260 million. He is known for his ability to simplify complexity, build and scale commercial functions, and execute strategic initiatives that deliver sustainable business outcomes.
